MARQUEES + FURNITURE:

Option 1: $25 supplying own marquee
• Stallholders supplying their own marquee and furniture must have $20 million public liability cover, and must:
- supply a copy of their Certificate of Currency
- declare whether or not their insurance policy contains any exclusions or restrictions that may relate to or affect the sale of their products or services

Option 2: $50 for a Council-supplied marquee
• Includes: one (1) 3x3m undercover marquee; one (1) trestle table; two (2) chairs
• Additional trestle tables supplied at an additional charge of $15ea

INSURANCE: Only stallholders who select Option 2 for the use of Council supplied infrastructure will have the option of being covered by the Rural City of Murray Bridge’s public liability. The Rural City of Murray Bridge is not responsible for theft of or damage to stock, or stallholder-owned marquees and furniture. Stallholders take full responsibility for the display of their stock, its protection from the weather, damage from mishandling and theft.


STOCK: All products offered for sale must be made and sold by the Stallholder and/or their associate/s.

IMAGES: Poor quality images supplied with your application form may affect your chance of being selected. If no images or links are supplied, your application will not be considered. 

STALL SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
• Each stallholder will be allocated a 3x3 meters marquee space
• Stallholders must keep their stall contents and furniture within their marquee space

SET UP: 7am-9am
• Allocated time slots for each stallholder will be advised via email one week prior to event day
• Stallholders’ cars may only access the street for delivery between the relevant allocated times
• Please unload your car promptly, park your car as directed and return to set up your stall
• Long-term parking will be unavailable in Sixth Street

PACK UP: 2pm-3pm
• All stalls are required to remain operational until event close time of 2pm
• Vehicle access to the street will be 2.15-3.30pm
• Stalls to be packed up prior to bringing in vehicle to load, to ensure the street does not become blocked
Please do not pack up earlier as this impacts negatively on the event’s atmosphere and audience development
• Stallholders are responsible for leaving their site clean and tidy                                                                                                                                                         

INCLEMENT WEATHER: The event will be cancelled in the event of extreme weather forecast (high wind, rain or over 38°C). In any such circumstance, stallholders will be notified by 5pm Friday 5th December 2025.


PLEASE NOTE: Murray Bridge Regional Gallery curates this event with the view of ensuring a diverse range of offerings. We often receive more expressions of interest than we are able to accommodate and we undertake a considered selection process. Submission of an application form does not guarantee the applicant will be selected for a market stall.
